A Resolution Authorizing A SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO OPERATE A DAY CARE CENTER, TYPE III, AT 600 2ND AVENUE whereas, Larry Bussey has appropriately applied for a Special Exception Use to operate a \n \n day care center, Type III, on the subject property; and,
whereas, day care center, Type III , are permitted solely as a Special Exception Use \n \n under the current HIST (Historic) District; and, \n \n
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has reviewed the request and recommends \n \n approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That all the criteria of Section 10.2.7.B have been met and that a Special \n \n Exception Use for a day care center, Type III be granted for the property at \n \n 600 2nd Avenue.
