A Resolution Authorizing THE CITY TO APPROVE AND ACCEPT THE DONATION OF A TORO UTILITIY VEHICLE VALUED \n \n AT $3500.00 FROM COLUMBUS REGIONAL TENNIS ASSOCIATION FOR COOPER CREEK TENNIS \n \n CENTER. \n \n whereas, Columbus Regional Tennis Association (CORTA) desires to donate a Toro Utility \n \n Vehicle valued at $3500.00 to Cooper Creek Tennis Center. \n \n \n \n WHEREAS, The Toro Utility Vehicle will be used for upkeep and \n \n maintenance of Cooper Creek Tennis Center \n \n
whereas, CORTA will donate this vehicle and will be of no cost to the City; and

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to accept the \n \n donation of a Toro Utility Vehicle for use at Cooper Creek Tennis Center.
