A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO WOODVILLE DRIVE AND THAT PORTION OF WOODVILLE COURT \n \n LOCATED IN FIRST ADDITION TO WHITESVILLE WALK ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying Woodville Drive and that \n \n portion of Woodville Court located in First Addition to Whitesville Walk, a \n \n full description of property on said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for \n \n acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends \n \n acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated March 8, 2007, conveying to Columbus, Georgia \n \n Woodville Drive and that portion of Woodville Court located in First Addition \n \n to Whitesville Walk be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council \n \n is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the Deed Records in the \n \n Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of \n \n deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this resolution.
