A Resolution Authorizing THE CITY MANAGER TO RENEW THE LICENSE AND PAYMENT OF FEES FOR THE CONTINUED USE \n \n AND OPERATION OF A TEMPORARY ROAD TO REMOVE SILT, BEAVER DAMS AND DEBRIS ALONG \n \n TIGER CREEK AT FT. BENNING, GEORGIA. whereas, the original license began on November 4, 2002 with a five year term and was \n \n extended to November 4, 2012,
whereas, a new license is required in order to retain access to the road for continue \n \n maintenance of the area as required,
WHEREAS, Ft. Benning is the owner of the adjoining property at various \n \n locations along Tiger Creek and a license is required to get access for \n \n maintenance,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to renew the license, \n \n including payment of required fees, for the continued use and operation of a \n \n temporary road to remove silt, beaver dams and debris along Tiger Creek at Ft. \n \n Benning, Georgia.
