A Resolution Authorizing A SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO ESTABLISH A FAMILY CEMETERY AT 7401 FULTON ROAD whereas, Allan Kamensky has appropriately applied for a Special Exception Use to \n \n establish a family cemetery on the subject property; and,
whereas, family cemeteries are permitted solely as a Special Exception Use under the \n \n current RE1 (Residential Estate 1) District; and, \n \n
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has reviewed the request and recommends \n \n approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That all the criteria of Section 10.2.7.B have been met and that a Special \n \n Exception Use for a family cemetery be granted for the property at 7401 Fulton \n \n Road.
