A Resolution Authorizing THE EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM DEEDS TO ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNERS FOR THE UNUSED \n \n PORTIONS OF SOUTH STADIUM DRIVE LABELED PARCEL "A" AND PARCEL "B" AS SHOWN ON \n \n THE ATTACHED PLAT. whereas, The Links of Maple Ridge, LLC ("LOMR") and Maple Ridge Golf Club Limited \n \n Partnership ("MRGC") have requested Columbus, Georgia to quitclaim to those \n \n entities, as adjacent property owners, those portions of South Stadium Drive \n \n which are labeled Parcel "A" and Parcel "B" on the attached plat; and
whereas, the transfer of this street segment provides that all existing utility \n \n easements of record remain in effect and providing appropriate width as \n \n required by applicable utility companies shall be reserved for unknown \n \n utilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a quitclaim deed \n \n with regard to the above described Parcel "A" to MRGC and a quitclaim deed of \n \n the above described Parcel "B" to LOMR as shown on attached plat dated October \n \n 11, 2006 by Thomas L. French Jr.
