A Resolution Authorizing Authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with FivePoint \n \n Solutions, LLC to allow electronic payment processing of Juvenile Court fees. whereas, the Juvenile of Columbus/Muscogee County is currently only accepting cash and \n \n money order payment; and, \n \n \n \n WHEREAS, requests to make payments using a debit/credit card are frequently \n \n received; and, \n \n \n \n WHEREAS, FivePoint Solutions Accountability Court Case Management System \n \n software was purchased pursuant to Resolution 240-15; and \n \n \n \n WHEREAS, FivePoint Solutions, LLC will create a website specific to Juvenile \n \n Court for parents to make secure payments online; and,
whereas, the initial term of the agreement shall be for twelve months and shall \n \n automatically renew for twelve months on an annual basis thereafter. Either \n \n party shall have the right to terminate the service with thirty (30) days \n \n written notice
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with \n \n FivePoint Solutions, LLC to allow electronic payment processing of Juvenile \n \n Court fees.
