A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO LALLAROOK DRIVE, THAT PORTION OF FRANK HOUSER \n \n AVENUE, THAT PORTION OF SHOWTIME DRIVE AND THAT PORTION OF CONFETTI BLUSH DRIVE \n \n LOCATED IN OLD TOWN MIXED USE COMMUNITY - REPLAT OF 4A ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, \n \n GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying Lallarook Drive, that \n \n portion of Frank Houser Avenue, that portion of Showtime Drive and that portion \n \n of Confetti Blush Drive located in Old Town Mixed Use Community - Replat of 4A, \n \n a full description of property on said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for \n \n acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends \n \n acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated December 31, 2014, conveying Columbus, Georgia \n \n Lallarook Drive, that portion of Frank Houser Avenue, that portion of Showtime \n \n Drive and that portion of Confetti Blush Drive located in Old Town Mixed Use \n \n Community - Replat of 4A and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council \n \n is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the Deed Records in the \n \n Office of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of the deed is \n \n hereto attached an by this reference made a part of this resolution.
