A Resolution Authorizing APPROVAL OF THE REQUEST OF IRONWOOD DEVELOPMENT, LLC. FOR VICTORY CROSSING \n \n APARTMENTS LOCATED AT 3390 NORTH LUMPKIN ROAD A/K/A TAX MAP 043 002 041 TO \n \n RECEIVE TAX ABATEMENTS UNDER THE STATE OF GEORGIA ENTERPRISE ZONE ACT. whereas, Ironwood Development, LLC. proposes to place family apartment community \n \n consisting of 172 units targeting family households earning no more than 60 \n \n percent of the area median income; and,
whereas, Victory Crossing Apartments are located within the boundaries of the Columbus \n \n Business Development Center (Enterprise Zone).
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That the Council of the Consolidated Government of Columbus hereby, authorizes \n \n and approves Ironwood Development, LLC., Victory Crossing Apartments, located \n \n at 3390 North Lumpkin Road a/k/a Tax map 043 002 041, to receive abatement of \n \n taxes as allowed by law under the Enterprise Zone Act of the State of Georgia.
