A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THAT PORTION OF WOODVILLE COURT LOCATED IN \n \n WHITESVILLE WALK SHOWN ON REPLAT OF LOT 15 BLOCK "C" FOURTH ADDITION TO \n \n WHITESVILLE WALK ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying that portion of Woodville \n \n Court located in Whitesville Walk shown on Replat of Lot 15 Block "C" Fourth \n \n Addition to Whitesville walk on behalf of Columbus, Georgia, a full description \n \n of property on said deed; and,
whereas, said street has been improved and meet the required specifications for \n \n acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said street and recommends \n \n acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated February 4, 2019, conveying Columbus, Georgia, \n \n that portion of Woodville Court located in Whitesville Walk shown on Replat of \n \n Lot 15 Block "C" Fourth Addition to Whitesville walk on behalf of Columbus, \n \n Georgia be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby \n \n authorized to have said deed recorded in the Deed Records in the Office of the \n \n Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of the deed is hereto \n \n attached and by this reference made a part of this resolution.
