- Request to amend the text of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) to amend
minor errors and material changes in various Chapters. The amendments deal
with the following: an appeal process for the 150-feet stream buffer
requirement within the 7-mile Lake Oliver Watershed zone and adding language to
include reference to the Uptown Facade Board as it relates to Certificates of
Appropriateness.

- The Planning Advisory Commission considered this text amendment at their
meeting on December 16, 2009. The Planning Advisory Commission recommended
approval.
