UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE REVISIONS \n \n (Explanation of Revisions) \n \n \n \n 1. Explanation of Revisions: Amend Section 3.2.72.K.1.(A) by amending the \n \n Setback Requirement from Monopole Towers Structures to Residential Structures. \n \n \n \n ORIGINAL ORDINANCE PROPOSED ORDINANCE CHANGE \n \n \n \n Sec. 3.2.72.K.1. Setbacks \n \n Section 3.2.72.K.1. \n \n \n \n 1. Setbacks. \n \n \n \n (A) A tower structure shall not be placed within 300 feet of a residential \n \n structure. \n \n \n \n (B) All towers shall be located at least one-third of its height from any \n \n public right-of-way. \n \n \n \n (C) Setbacks shall be based on the entire lot on which the tower is located and \n \n shall not be applied to any lease area within the host parcel. \n \n \n \n (D)Towers, and accessory structures or anchors in conjunction with a tower \n \n shall comply with the minimum yard requirements of the zoning district in which \n \n they are located. \n \n Sec. 3.2.72.K.1.
