Service in a Neighborhood Commercial Zoning District located at 3554 Hilton
Avenue.
On 2/21/2013 Alia Mezayek/Muscogee Ambulance submitted a Special Exception Use
application to allow for the operation of an ambulance service in a
neighborhood commercial zoning district. The property is currently located in
a NC (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district. The site for the proposed
dealership is approximately 0.334 acres. An ambulance service shall be located
as a special exception use as provided in Section 3.2.1.1 of the Unified
Development Ordinance.
Attached is a land use map showing the location of the property along with the
proposed site plan. The Planning Department will include the request on
Council?s April 9th agenda. A staff report will be sent to the Clerk of
Council.
