Subject: On August 4, 2008, Kim Bucciero, on behalf of TCD Services LLC, submitted a
Special Exception Use application requesting approval to construct a wireless
communications facility. The case was presented at Council on September 30,
2008. The case was tabled to allow the applicant submit further information
and to meet with opponents to the case. The case will be back on the January
