On September 18, 2006, Brad Coppedge of Hatcher Stubbs submitted a variance
request to waive street frontage requirements at 7240 Cartledge Road. The
applicant is proposing to waive public street frontage requirements and allow a
private drive to serve as the primary right of entry onto the subject
property. The property is being subdivided from a larger piece of property and
is being sold. This variance request is allowed only by approval of City
Council on a case-by-case basis.
