Subject: Variance request received by Planning Department to amend the condition
regarding the access easement in Resolution 134-06 as it relates to Upatoi Glen
subdivision on Layfield Road
On April 17, 2008, Warren Mason of Moon, Meeks, Mason, & Vinson submitted a
variance request to amend the access easement condition in Resolution 134-06
for Upatoi Glen subdivision on Layfield Road. The applicant is proposing to
reduce the required road width from 24 feet to 18 feet. This variance request
is allowed only by approval of City Council on a case-by-case basis.
