Subject: Variance request received by Planning Department to waive street frontage
requirements at 3250 Old River Road

On October 4, 2006, Steve Fuller submitted a variance request to waive street
frontage requirements at 3250 Old River Road. The applicant is proposing to
waive public street frontage requirements and allow a 30 feet access easement
to serve as the primary right of entry onto the subject property. The property
is being subdivided from a larger piece of property. This variance request is
allowed only by approval of City Council on a case-by-case basis.
