On January 15, 2008, Mason Hardaway Lampton submitted a variance request to
waive street frontage requirements at 8701 Big Shinn Road. The applicant is
proposing to waive public street frontage requirements and allow an existing
private drive (Big Shinn Road) to serve as the primary right of entry onto the
subject property. This variance request is allowed only by approval of City
Council on a case-by-case basis.
