Subject: Major Projects Briefing
The attached report is provided for your information on projects in the City's
Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The project information includes a
description of the project, budget amount, funding source, and a brief summary
of the current status. The projects are categorized into three sections -
Infrastructure, Transportation, and Quality of Life/Other.
The City Manager meets with staff on a bimonthly basis to review the status of
major CIP projects. This report serves as the primary briefing document for
the bimonthly Major Projects briefing.
If you would like additional information on any of the projects contained in
the report please let me know.
