Attached is the most recent progress report provided to the Department of
Housing and Urban Development on the Homeless Prevention and Rapid Rehousing
Program (HPRP). The report contains information on the allocation of funds and
the number of households/individuals assisted through the program. The City is
required to have 60% of the funds allocated by May 2010, to date we have
already met this obligation with 62% of the funds obligated. Community
Reinvestment Director Mark McCollum will provide a presentation on this program
at the March 29, 2011 Council meeting.
