Subject: Parking Ordinance Northlake Parkway

This memorandum is to notify you the parking ordinance for Northlake Parkway
will be brought forward August 5. Surveys have been prepared and mailed to the
business owners for a modified plan. The results of the survey will be
provided with the packet for the Council meeting on August 5. The original
two-week time frame was not adequate time to prepare the packages to be mailed
and get the results to Council prior to the July 29 meeting.
