The Planning Department has completed a draft of the scope of services for the
Request for Proposal process on the Comprehensive Plan Update. A copy of this
document will be hand delivered to the Mayor and members of Council for review
and comments at the September 12, 2006 Council meeting. It is requested that
any comments concerning the scope of services be submitted to the Planning
Department no later than September 26, 2006. Following this date the
Department will submit the document to Purchasing for advertisement.
