Subject: Potential Projects for Bonding Consideration
As requested by Council, please find attached a listing of potential road
projects that should be considered for development under a city bond program.
These projects are listed by priority which were determined by using the
following factors: the need for the project; length of time to complete the
project; value of improvements; costs; available funding from other sources
(state and federal) and potential impact to surrounding land uses.
The total costs for these improvements has been estimated at $171,700,000. All
estimates include costs for construction, right-of-way, and utility
relocation. A cost adjustment of at least five (5) percent should be added to
each project for each continuing year.
