AN ORDINANCE

An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 11-44 by removing property located at 1718
43rd Street from the list of structures to be demolished; and for other
purposes.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Ordinance No. 11-44 is hereby amended by removing property located at 1718 43rd
Street from the list of structures to be demolished.
SECTION 2.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are
hereby repealed.

the 22nd day of November, 2011; introduced a second time at a regular meeting
