Free Workplace Policy.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Revised Human Resources Policy Number 220-506, Alcohol and Drug Free Workplace
Policy, originally dated January 16, 1990 and revised October 1, 2001 is hereby
adopted. A copy is attached and hereby incorporated by reference.
SECTION 2.
All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

held on the 8th day of September, 2009; introduced a second time at a regular
