An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 11-61 to further define the membership of
the Civic Center Advisory Board; and for other purposes.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Ordinance No. 11-61 is hereby amended by adding new second, third and fourth
sentences so that, as amended, Section 1 of Ordinance 11-61 shall read as
follows:
Two additional members shall be added to the eleven member Civic Center
Advisory Board currently serving and selected in accordance with Ordinance No.
01-77. The Mayor shall appoint one of the two additional members from the
membership of the Columbus Hockey Association or successor entity thereof. The
second additional member shall be the President of the Columbus Hockey
Association or any successor entity thereof. These members shall be eligible to
serve two consecutive three-year terms, except the President of said
Association is eligible to serve as long as he or she holds said office. All
other provisions concerning the operation of the Civic Center Advisory Board
shall remain as set forth in Ordinance No. 01-77.
SECTION 2.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances which are in conflict with this ordinance
are hereby repealed.
