(1) 2nd Reading - REZN-11-17-2181: An ordinance rezoning 2591 Double Churches

Road (parcel # 073-016-014). The current zoning is SFR1 (Single Family

Residential 1) zoning district. The proposed zoning is RO (Residential Office)

zoning district. The proposed use is Adult Special Needs Facility. The

Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend conditional

approval. (Applicant: Easter Seals West Georgia, Inc.) (Councilor Davis)



(2) 2nd Reading - REZN-10-17-1989: An ordinance rezoning 2611 and 2617 Warm

Springs Road (parcel # 069-017-004 & 069-017-005). The current zoning is SFR3

(Single Family Residential 3) zoning district. The proposed zoning is RO

(Residential Office) zoning district. The proposed use is on-site parking and

office. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend

(3) 1st Reading - REZN-10-17-1988: (Delayed from December 12, 2017) An

ordinance rezoning 5344 Kolb Avenue (parcel # 188-020-019). The current zoning

is LMI (Light Manufacturing and Industrial) zoning district. The proposed

zoning is GC (General Commercial) zoning district. The proposed use is Pest

Control (in Building A) and Banquet Facility (in Building B). The Planning

Advisory Commission recommends approval and the Planning Department recommends

conditional approval. (Applicant: Jarrod Yasenchok) (Councilor Garrett)



(4) 1st Reading - REZN-11-17-2249: A text amendment to the Unified Development

Ordinance (UDO) to allow for a variance to appeal street design standards; and

for other purposes. The Planning Advisory Commission recommends denial and the

Planning Department recommends approval. (Councilor Henderson)

(5) A resolution establishing qualifying fees for county offices of the
