Residential 1) zoning district. The proposed zoning is RO (Residential Office)
zoning district. The proposed use is Adult Special Needs Facility. The
Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend conditional

(2) 1st Reading - REZN-10-17-1988: An ordinance rezoning 5344 Kolb Avenue
