(1) 1st Reading - REZN-11-17-2181: An ordinance rezoning 2591 Double Churches

Road (parcel # 073-016-014). The current zoning is SFR1 (Single Family

Residential 1) zoning district. The proposed zoning is RO (Residential Office)

zoning district. The proposed use is Adult Special Needs Facility. The

Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend conditional

approval. (Applicant: Easter Seals West Georgia, Inc.) (Councilor Davis)



(2) 1st Reading - REZN-10-17-1988: An ordinance rezoning 5344 Kolb Avenue

(parcel # 188-020-019). The current zoning is LMI (Light Manufacturing and

Industrial) zoning district. The proposed zoning is GC (General Commercial)

zoning district. The proposed use is Pest Control (in Building A) and Banquet

Facility (in Building B). The Planning Advisory Commission recommends approval

(Residential Office) zoning district. The proposed use is on-site parking and

office. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend
