I. DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICES:



Approval is requested of a resolution for the confirmation of Mr. Gary Stickles

as Director of Public Services. A resume' and resolution are attached. click

II. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) - MOON ROAD, ROAD IMPROVEMENT:



Authorization is requested of a Memorandum of Understanding with

Concordia Properties to widen Moon Road to four lanes between Whittlesey

Boulevard and Knology Way. The City will be responsible for paying an amount

not to exceed $1,300,000. An agenda report and resolution are attached. click

III. GEORGIA POWER STREET LIGHT MAINTENANCE:



Authorization is requested to enter into a maintenance agreement with Georgia

Power to take over street light maintenance in the amount of $36,007. An

agenda report map and resolution are attached. click tab for agenda report and

resolution.





IV. STREET ACCEPTANCE - BILLINGS CROSSINGS WAY:



Authorization is requested for the acceptance of a deed to Billings

Crossing Way, located in Billings Crossing Subdivision. The Department of

Engineering has inspected this street and recommends the acceptance. An agenda

V. STREET ACCEPTANCE - MAGNOLIA WAY:



Authorization is requested for the acceptance of a deed to Magnolia

Way, located in Phase I Magnolia Place. The Department of Engineering has

inspected this street and recommends the acceptance. An agenda report, map and

resolution are attached. click tab for agenda report, map and resolution.



There will be a pre-council briefing Tuesday, at 8:00 a.m. in the Council

Chambers regarding:

- Financing Options for Road Projects and other projects.

Vendors are requested to provide pricing for only the community weather

station network itself and/or provide the pricing for the provision and

installation of the community weather station network. The network will

consist of eight (8) weather stations and will be used by the Departments of

Engineering and Fire/EMS.

Scope of Bid

Provide one (1) 1-ton crew cab, 4x4 dually pickup truck to be used by

Provide all labor, equipment and materials to wash and reseal exterior windows

of the Government Center Tower.

Scope of RFP

Provide Columbus Consolidated Government with inspection services for

rehabilitative housing, including: single and multi-family structures and

commercial rehabilitation on and ?as needed basis?. Contract term shall be for

two years with the option to renew for three (3) additional twelve-month

periods. Contract renewal will be contingent upon the mutual agreement of the

City and the Contractor.
