I. MENTAL HEALTH COURT - ACCOUNTABILITY COURT GRANT FOR FY15:
Authorization is requested to submit an application and, if approved, accept
$163,580 or amount awarded, with a 10% ($18,176) cash match, from
Accountability Court Funding Committee for Muscogee County Mental Health Court
and amend the Multi-Governmental Fund by amount of the grant award. An agenda

II. VETERANS COURT - ACCOUNTABILITY COURT GRANT FOR FY15:
Authorization is requested to submit a grant application and, if approved,
accept funds from the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council in the amount of
$60,312, or as otherwise awarded, with a projected 10% local match of $6,701
for operation of Muscogee County Veterans Court and amend Multi-Governmental
Fund by amount of the grant award. An agenda report and resolution are

III. ACCEPTANCE OF STREET - POND VIEW COURT/PORTION OF POND VIEW DRIVE LOCATED
IN SECTION ONE - SEARS POND:
Authorization is requested for acceptance of a deed to Pond View Court and that
portion of Pond View Drive located in Section One - Sears Pond. The
Engineering Department has checked this street and recommends the acceptance.

IV. EASEMENT FOR WATER MAIN AND SANITARY SEWER - COLUMBUS FALL LINE
TRACE:
Authorization is requested to enter into an agreement with Columbus Water Works
for a 20 ft. wide water and sewer easement on Columbus Fall Line Trace to
relocate existing water and sewer lines in the area to provide better service

1. Environmental Monitoring Services (Annual Contract) ? RFP No. 14-0021
Scope of RFP
The City of Columbus is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to
conduct Environmental Monitoring and Compliance activities at City Landfills.
Contract term shall be for two years with the option to renew for three
additional twelve-month periods. Contract renewal will be contingent upon the
mutual agreement of the City and the Contractor.
