AN ORDINANCE REGULATING VEHICULAR TRAFFIC IN COLUMBUS, GEORGIA BY ESTABLISHING
A NO PARKING ANYTIME ZONE ALONG THE WESTERN CURB OF HANSEN AVENUE BETWEEN THE
NORTHERN CURB OF PORTER STREET AND THE SOUTHERN CURB OF 40TH STREET;
AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF OFFICIAL TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS INDICATING SAID
PARKING RESTRICTIONS; REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I.
It shall be unlawful to park or rank any vehicle at any time along the
following street segment:
Hansen Avenue - along the western curb between the northern curb of Porter
Street and the southern curb of 40th Street.
SECTION II.
That official traffic control signs shall be installed indicating the
parking restrictions described here within.
SECTION III.
That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are
hereby repealed.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held on
the 14th day of April, 2015; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of
said Council held on the day of _____________, 2015, and adopted at said
