Columbus Consolidated Government

The Division of Community Reinvestment for the Columbus Consolidated Government
of Columbus, Georgia is requesting the submission of project applications for
funding consideration under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG,HOME)
Program for Fiscal Year 2016 (July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016). Funds are
an annual entitlement received from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD). The funds must be used to benefit low and moderate-income
persons or areas, or to eliminate slum and blight conditions.
Applications are available on the City?s website at columbusga.org, under the
Community Reinvestment Division webpage. You may also pickup an application at
the Community Reinvestment Division office, located in the Columbus
Consolidated Government Annex Building, 420 10th Street, 2nd Floor, Columbus,
GA.
The deadline for submission of applications is Friday, December 19, 2014 at
4:00 p.m. Applications received after the deadline, will not be considered for
funding.
