11th Street to 12th Street from 4:00 p.m. on September 9, 2011 to 11:00 p.m.

September 10; Broadway from 10th Street to 11th Street & 11th Street from 1st

Avenue to Front Avenue, from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., on September 9 & 10,

2011, in connection with ?Bikes on Broadway?. (The application was approved by

the Police Chief.)
