I. ACCEPTANCE OF DETENTION POND - FIFTH ADDITION OF SUN HILL SUBDIVISION:



Authorization is requested for the acceptance of a deed to a 0.271 +/- acre

detention pond in the Sun Hill Subdivision. The Department of Engineering has

inspected the detention pond and recommends the acceptance. An agenda report,

resolution and map are attached.





II. ACCEPTANCE OF DETENTION POND/TRACT 1 - EAST WYNNTON NEIGHBORHOOD:



Authorization is requested for the acceptance of a deed to a 0.97 +/- acre

detention pond in the East Wynnton Neighborhood that was constructed as part of

the HOPE VI Project. The Department of Engineering has inspected the detention

pond and recommends the acceptance. An agenda report, resolution and map are

attached.

Scope of PQ

Provide a 20-foot equipment trailer to the Public Services Department. The

Street Repairs Division will use the trailer to transport a division assigned

backhoe tractor to job sites throughout Muscogee County.



October 29, 2008

1. Stationary Steam Cleaners ? RFB No. 09-0019

Scope of PQ

Provide three (3) stationary steam cleaners to the Public Services Division.

The equipment will be used to clean City vehicles.



November 1, 2008

1. Consulting Services for Historic Design Guidelines ? RFP No. 09-0001

Scope of RFP

The Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking proposals to update and

reformat the existing Design Guidelines used for approval of Certificate of

Appropriateness in the locally designated historic districts. This project does

not call for entirely new sets of guidelines. Instead, the successful

consultant will work with and refine existing guidelines creating opportunities

for interpretations that are more specific, color renderings, digitalization,

and other tools.
