I. SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN:



Authorization is requested to submit the Solid Waste Management Plan to

the Lower Chattahoochee Regional Development Center and to the Department of

Community Affairs for review and comments as required by the Georgia

Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Act. An agenda report and resolution are

II. GOVERNOR'S OFFICE OF HIGHWAY SAFETY - SMALL GRANT:



Authorization is requested to submit an application and if approved

accept a $15,000 grant from the Governor's Office of Highway Safety for the

Muscogee County Marshal's Office to enhance traffic enforcement efforts. An

III. ACCEPTANCE OF DETENTION POND - SIXTH ADDITION OF SUN HILL:



Authorization is requested for the acceptance of a deed to a 0.635 +/- acre

detention pond in the Sun Hill Subdivision. The Department of Engineering has

inspected the detention pond and recommends the acceptance. An agenda report,

IV. STREET ACCEPTANCE - SPRING WALK DRIVE AND WOODSTREAM

DRIVE:



Authorization is requested for the acceptance of a deed to Spring Walk Drive

and a portion of Woodstream Drive located in Phase One, Rigel Pointe. The

Department of Engineering has inspected these streets and recommends the

Authorization is requested to adopt an Employee ID Badge Policy for the
