OUTDOOR CAF?S:
Have the staff to highlight the areas that Mr. Thorsen has addressed and
provide your opinion on what our ordinance does and does not allow; what it
mandates and what it simply suggests. (Request of Councilor Henderson)

ATTORNEY GENERAL?S OPINION:
Have the staff to request an opinion from the Attorney General?s Office
for the legislative intent with respect to an outgoing elected official placing
their employees under the jurisdiction of the Personnel Review Board, as well
as the staffing of the office. (Request of Councilor Henderson)

TO THE CITY MANAGER:
CAREER LADDER FOR TAX ASSESSOR?S OFFICE:
Have the staff to work with the Tax Assessor?s office to establish a career
ladder for this office. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

OUTDOORS CAF?S:
Have the staff to provide the Council with a copy of the local ordinance
that is
currently in place, as well as the State law (permit), which allows the
outdoors caf?s to be located in certain areas. Also, when you bring those
ordinances back to the Council, let?s have someone from ATF to come to one of
the Council?s Work Session so that we can resolve this matter. (Request of
Mayor Pro Tem Turner Pugh)
Let?s also have someone from the State Department to be present during
this
Work Session. (Request of Councilor Woodson)
