O R D I N A N C E S:
(1) 2ND Reading - An ordinance repealing Columbus Code Section 2-15.2(1) in its
entirety, related to minimum charges for dismissal of cases in Recorder?s
Court; and for other purposes. (Mayor Pro-tem Pugh)
(2) 2ND Reading - An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 16-32 to extend the
120-day moratorium on the issuance of permits under Article 8 of Chapter 8 of
the Unified Development Ordinance repair, installation and construction which
involves small cell technology in city rights-of-way through December 31,2016;
and for other purposes. (Mayor Pro-Tem Pugh)
(3) 1st Reading - REZN-09-16-1843: A request for rezoning of approximately 0.33
acres located at 2517 and 2523 Riverside Drive (parcel # 007-011-010,
007-011-012.) The current zoning is RMF2 (Residential Multi-family 2) zoning
district. The proposed zoning is RMF1 (Residential Multi-family 1) zoning
district. The proposed use is single family residential. The Planning Advisory
Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval.
(4) 1st Reading ? REZN-09-16-1845: A request for rezoning of 1.0550 acres
located at 3747 Gentian Boulevard and 4540, 4550 & 4554 Reese Road (parcel #
084-023-003, 084-023-003, 084-023-002, 084-023-001 and 069-010-003). The
current zoning is NC (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district. The proposed
zoning is GC (General Commercial) zoning district. The proposed use is
commercial retail. The Planning Advisory Commission recommends approval and the
Planning Department recommends conditional approval.
(5) 1st Reading ? REZN-09-16-1869: A request for rezoning of approximately
1.0150 acres located at 3701 & 3705 Weems Road (parcel # 071-007-005 &
071-007-006). The current zoning is NC (Neighborhood Commercial) and GC
(General Commercial with conditions) zoning district. The proposed zoning is
GC (General Commercial) zoning district. The proposed use is a veterinarian
clinic. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend
approval.
(6) 1st Reading - An ordinance amending Sections 3-104, 3-107, 3-108, 3-110,
and 3-120 of Ordinance No. 09-24, related to procurement purchasing limits and
emergency purchases; and for other purposes. (Councilor Allen)
(7) 1ST Reading - An ordinance providing for the demolition of various
structures; and for other purposes. (Mayor Pro-Tem Pugh)
