condition is the minimum lot size shall be 5,300 square-feet.

The proposed development shall not be required to install a buffer along the

property lines bordering SFR4 (Single Family Residential 4) zoning district.



Attitude of Property Owners: Seventy-four (74) property owners within 300 feet were

notified of the rezoning request. The Planning Department has not received any

comments in favor nor opposed to this request.



Additional Information: The applicant is requesting to rezone the aforementioned properties

to SFR4 (Single Family Residential 4) with a condition to permit a minimum lot

size of 5,300 square feet. The applicant is proposing to re-plat the lots.

The Unified Development Ordinance requires a minimum lot size of 6,000

square-feet for SFR4 (Single Family Residential 4) Zoning Districts.
