It is an honor to submit my name for consideration as a Director on the
Columbus Water Works Board. I have spent almost nine years in the real estate
business gaining valuable knowledge and skills, which could be of great use to
the CWW Board. My specialties include residential and commercial real estate,
business development, marketing, mentoring, coaching and property management. I
look forward to using my expertise to advance the cause of this organization.
Relevant Experience
Waddell Realty Co., LLC
In July 2004, I began at Waddell as a residential and commercial realtor. By
January 2011, after assuming increasing leadership roles and responsibilities
both within the company and within the community, I attained the positions of
Associate Broker and Partner for Waddell. In addition, after observing a need
within the company, I started a mentoring program for new and existing Waddell
realtors and assumed the additional role of Marketing Trainer and Coach in
November 2011.
Volunteer Organization
UPtown Columbus, INC.
Chairman, January 2009 to Present
The organization?s mission is to create a safe, attractive, and vibrant Uptown
through historic preservation and development that enhances residential living,
workforce, entertainment, shopping, the arts, and learning in Uptown Columbus.
I have enjoyed helping to rebuild rituals and start new traditions for the next
generation to experience in our Uptown. I hope to continue to serve on the
Uptown Board for as long as I continue to bring value to this organization.
