I. AGREEMENT WITH ENRICHMENT SERVICES, INC., - WEATHERIZATION SERVICES:
Authorization is requested to execute an agreement with Enrichment
Services, Inc., to initiate a Weatherization Program under the City's Energy
Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant. An agenda report, agreement and

II. SURPLUS PROPERTY - 2067 COMMERCE STREET:
Authorization is requested to execute a Quit Claim Deed and sell 0.42
+/- acres of property Fire Station #10, located at 2067 Commerce Street as
surplus to the adjacent property owner(s). Property was declared surplus by
Resolution #451-05 to allow the sell of said property. An agenda report, map

III. PURCHASE OF PROPERTY - 315 AND 325 ANDREWS ROAD:
Authorization is requested to approve the attached Resolution for the
acquisition of land consisting of 2.6 +/- acres located at 315 and 325 Andrews
Road in the Enterprise Zone. An agenda report, map and resolution are

IV. COUNCIL OF JUVENILE COURT JUDGES OF GEORGIA:
Authorization is requested to submit an application and, if approved,
accept a grant in the amount of $7,500.00 or that approved amount from the
Council of Juvenile Court Judges of Georgia for a Purchase of Services Grant.

1. CM/GC-at-Risk Services for City Service Center Complex ?RFP No. 11-0002
Scope of RFP
Columbus Consolidated Government desires to select a qualified Contractor with
the intent of both parties executing an Agreement for Construction Services
implementing the ?Construction Management/General Contractor at Risk? project
delivery method.
The proposed project shall consist of constructing three structures and all
associated site work. One shall be known as the Parking Deck, the second shall
be known as the City Service Center, and the third shall be referred to as the
Natatorium.
The size of the project site is approximately nine acres and is located in the
Southeast corner of the Rigdon and Macon Road intersection in Columbus, Georgia.
2. Geotechnical-Environmental Testing Services (Annual Contract) ? RFP No
11-0003
Scope of RFP
Provide Columbus Consolidated Government, Engineering Department with
geotechnical environmental testing services for soil and construction material
testing for the development or design of various construction projects on an
?as needed basis?. The contract shall be for two years, with the option to
renew for three (3) additional twelve-month periods; contingent upon the mutual
agreement of the City and the Contractor (s).

Scope of RFP
Provide the Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) (an NPDES Phase I
community) with laboratory analytical services required for the City?s Storm
Water permit. The term of the contract will be three (3) years with option to

Provide renovations of an existing bridge structure spanning the Chattahoochee
River at 14th Street into a pedestrian (only) bridge. The work will include

earthen bridge and its foundation.
