1. 2ND READING ? An ordinance amending Section 8-85 of the Columbus Code so as
to authorize waiver of certain demolition liens, or portions thereof, by the
City Manager; and for other purposes. (Councilor McDaniel)
2. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING - CHATTAHOOCHEE ROWING LIMITED
Approval is requested to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with
Chattahoochee Rowing, Ltd., for Master Planning for a rowing facility to be
located on city owned property.
3. LEGAL SERVICES FOR WORKERS' COMPENSATION MATTERS:
Authorization is requested for the Risk Manager and Finance Director to make
payment for attorney fees to Todd Handelman, Gardner Willis Sweat & Handelman
and/or Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele which may be incurred for legal services
rendered regarding worker's compensation issues during Fiscal Year 2015. Funds
are available in the FY15 Budget - Risk Management Worker's Compensation
Contractual Services. An agenda report and resolution are attached.

1. On-Call Services for Installation or Replacement of Fencing Located
Throughout Columbus, Georgia (Annual Contract) ? RFP No. 15-0001
Scope of RFP
Install or replace fencing, to include but not limited to: chain link, wrought
iron, post and rail, aluminum, and vinyl fence systems throughout
Columbus-Muscogee County, on an as-needed basis. The City intends to contract
with at least three vendors. For each project, the Engineering Department will
obtain written quotes from said vendors. The term of the contract shall be for
two years, with the option to renew for three (3) additional twelve-month
periods.

Provide alcohol (beer/wine/liquor) management services at the Columbus Civic
Center. The contract period will be for one year with the option to renew for
two additional twelve-month periods.

Scope of Bid
The Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia (the City) is seeking vendors
to provide 30? Foot Low Floor Trolley Buses to METRA on an ?as needed? basis.
The City anticipates purchasing approximately 0-5 buses per year over a five
(5) year period.

Scope of RFP
Request proposals from qualified individuals or firms to perform, at
minimum, pre-employment psychological testing services for Columbus Police
Department. Contract period shall be for two years, with the option to renew
for three (3) additional twelve-month periods.
