COUNCIL MEETINGS:

Have the staff to compile some information with regards to having a meeting on

the third Tuesday of the month. (Request of Councilor Henderson) Also, come

back with a list of suggestions to show the pros and cons. (Request of Mayor

Tomlinson)

Response:

In addition to the four additional work sessions listed above, we have added

budget meetings for the FY13 Budget Process and changed the December 25th

meeting to December 18th to allow for two meetings in December due to Christmas

Day falling on the fourth Tuesday in December.

Pros:

This schedule would allow adequate time to discuss topics/issues that have a

tendency to prolong the length of a regular business meeting.

Cons:

None.
