(8) Resolution approving and receiving the report of the Finance Director of

those alcoholic beverage licenses that were approved and/or denied during the

month of January 2007.



(9) Resolution approving a variance request to waive the minimum street

frontage requirement in order to plat a landlocked lot at 8502 McKee Road.

(The Planning Department recommends conditional approval.)



(10) Letter from Mr. Kenneth Henson, Jr., advising that the Hospital Authority

Board has reappointed Mr. Ralph Huling and Ms. Kim Peters to serve another term

of office. (The appointments would need to be confirmed by the Council). Mr.

Tom Gurr has resigned from his seat on the Hospital Authority. (The

resignation should be received.)



(11) Letter from Mr. Bill Walton resigning from his position on the Commission

on International Relations and Cultural Liaison (C.I.R.C.L.E). (The

resignation should be received.)
