O R D I N A N C E S:
(1) 2nd Reading ? Property located at 5550 Whittlesey Boulevard is proposed for
rezoning from GC (General Commercial), RO (Residential-Office), and SFR1
(Single Family Residential 1) zoning districts to PUD (Planned Unit
Development) zoning district. (34-A-08-Woodruff Brokerage Co.) (Councilor
McDaniel) The proposed use is retail, office, live-work and multi-family
residential. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department
recommend approval.
(2) 2nd Reading ? Property located at 8150 Fortson Road is proposed for
rezoning from RE1 (Residential Estate 1) zoning district to GC (General
Commercial) zoning district. (36-A-08-Fuller) (Councilor McDaniel) The
proposed use is commercial services. The Planning Advisory Commission and the
Planning Department recommend approval.
(3) 1st Reading ? Property located at 1212 Chaplin Drive is proposed for
rezoning from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) zoning district to SFR3
(Single Family Residential 3) zoning district. (35-A-08-Ray Wright, Inc.)
(Councilor McDaniel) The proposed use is single family residential. The
Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval.

(4) 1st Reading - An ordinance adopting a 2008 Comprehensive Plan, including a
future policy and future land use map for the City of Columbus; establishing
procedures, policies, and findings for such Plan. (Columbus Council)
R E S O L U T I O N S:
(5) A resolution authorizing a variance request to waive the minimum street
frontage requirement in order to construct a residential subdivision at
property east of Creekrise Subdivision. The Planning Department recommends
approval.
