An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 3725, 3735, 3737, 3739, and 3741 Cusseta Road from GC (General

Commercial) District to RMF2 (Residential Multi-Family 2) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from GC (General

Commercial) District to RMF2 (Residential Multi-Family 2) District:



All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lots

102, 107 and 106 of the Coweta Reserve of Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia

and being more particularly described on that certain plat entitled ?Plat

prepared for Mrs. Alma Scott Brennan, Part of Land Lots 102, 103, 106 & 107,

Coweta Reserve, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia? dated March 13, 1967 and

being more particularly described as follows:



To find the true point of beginning, commence at an iron pin located at the

intersection of Brennan Road (a right of way 60 feet in width) with Cusseta

Road (a right of way of varying widths) as the same existed on March 13, 1967

and run thence in a southeasterly direction along the northern right of way

line of Cusseta Road for a distance of 506.85 feet to an iron pin which marks

the true point of beginning, run said true point of beginning, run thence north

32 degrees 47 minutes west for a distance of 250.0 feet to an iron pin; run

thence north 57 degrees 13 minutes west for a distance of 200.0 feet to an iron

pin; run thence north 32 degrees 47 minutes east for a distance of 80.0 feet to

an iron pin; run thence north 57 degrees 13 minutes west for a distance of

122.13 feet to an iron pin; continue thence north 57 degrees 13 minutes west

for a distance of 41.0 feet, more or less to the center line of a branch

flowing through the Property; run thence along in a northerly and northeasterly

direction along the meandering center line of said branch for a distance of

980.0 feet, more or less, to the point at which said branch intersects the

southwestern boundary of the Seaboard Airline Railway as the same existed on

March 13, 1967; run thence south 33 degrees 54 minutes east for a distance of

140.0 feet to an iron pin; run thence north 56 degrees 06 minutes east for a

distance of 17.0 feet to an iron pin, run thence south 33 degrees 54 minutes

east for a distance of 896.70 feet to an iron pin; run thence north 89 degrees

40 ? minutes west for a total distance of 171.72 feet to an iron pin; run

thence south 00 degrees 31 ? minutes west for a distance of 151.67 feet to an

iron pin; run thence south 80 degrees 26 minutes west for a distance of 324.38

feet to an iron pin; run thence south 80 degrees 26 minutes west for distance

of 77.87 feet to an iron pin; run thence north 59 degrees 37 minutes west for a

distance of 282.68 feet to an iron pin; run thence south 32 degrees 47 minutes

west for a distance of 249.96 feet to an iron pin located on the northern right

of way line of Cusseta Road; run thence in a northwesterly direction along the

northern right of way line of Cusseta road for a distance of 160.0 feet to the

iron pin which marks the true point of beginning of the property described

therein.

held on the 18TH day of April, 2006; introduced a second time at a regular
