An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 6059 & 6073 Veterans Parkway from RO (Residential-Office) Zoning

District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department is hereby

amended by changing the aforementioned property from RO (Residential-Office)

Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District:



Parcel One:

All that lot, tract or parcel of land lying, being and situate in Land Lots 57

and 44 of the 8th District, Muscogee County, Georgia, containing 3.35 acres,

more or less, being shown as ?Tract ?B-1?? on a survey titled ?Replat of Tract

?B? part of Land Lots 44 & 57, 8th District, Property of Cottle Properties,

LLC?, prepared by EMC Engineering Services, Inc., dated March 19, 2015 and

recorded in Plat Book 164, at Page 248 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior
