AN ORDINANCE

An ordinance reclassifying two positions at the Columbus Civic Center,
effective July 1, 2014; and for other purposes.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
The position of Facilities Maintenance Worker I, Pay Grade 11, Step E,
Columbus Civic Center, is hereby reclassified to the position of Electrician I,
Pay Grade 13, Step A.
SECTION 2.
The position of Correctional Detail Officer, Pay Grade 12, Step H,
Columbus Civic Center, is hereby reclassified to the position of Carpenter I,
Pay Grade 13, Step A.
SECTION 3.
This Ordinance shall be effective retroactively to July 1, 2014.
SECTION 4.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance
are hereby repealed.
