A meeting of the Land Bank Authority Board was held on July 6, 2011, in the
City Council Conference Room of the Columbus Consolidated Government Center.
Members Present: Justin Krieg Carson Cummings
Member(s) Absent: Douglas Bryant Thomas Gristina

Board Chair Justin Krieg called the meeting to order. A Quorum was not present.
No actions were taken.
Old/New Business:
Douglas Bryant will be resigning from the Land Bank Authority Board. He has
moved out of Muscogee County and is no longer eligible for board membership.
Mark McCollum will notify the Clerk of Council.
Board Chair Justin Krieg, gave an overview of the Land Bank Authority
conference he attended in Detroit, Michigan.
The next Board Meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2011, on the Plaza
Level of the Government Center at 10:00 a.m. A meeting notice will be sent via
email to all Board Members.
