Went to court with Mr. Radney?s nephew this morning who was cited on the solid
waste violation. We reported that since the issuance of the citation over a
month ago, there had been no significant progress made. Ms. Milsap was also in
court. The court ordered a continuance only because of the demolition process
that is ongoing. The demo hearing is set for May 23rd and even if the nephew
comes he is not the rightful owner of the property therefore no legal
information will be given to him.
