An Ordinance revising and replacing Human Resources Policy Number 220-201,
Overtime and Compensatory Time Policy.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION ONE
That Human Resources Policy Number 220-201, Overtime and Compensatory Time
Policy, attached hereto as Exhibit A is hereby adopted to replace Human
Resources Policy Number 220-201 which was approved by Ordinance No. 98-91.
SECTION TWO
That the effective date of said revised policy is December 1, 2012.
SECTION THREE
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

the 13th day of November, 2012; introduced a second time at a regular meeting
